Delivery & Rescheduling Policy
At Halal Meat Boston, we work hard to offer high-quality halal meat at affordable prices, while also providing free or low-cost delivery to support our community. To ensure fairness, efficiency, and sustainability of our operations, the following delivery and rescheduling policies apply:
Delivery Confirmation & Rescheduling
- Once a delivery is scheduled and the driver arrives at the delivery location, any request to reschedule will result in a rescheduled delivery fee. This fee helps cover additional costs such as fuel, labor, and logistics already incurred.
- Customers may choose to convert their order to in-store pickup instead of rescheduling delivery, subject to product availability and pickup timing.
Response & Order Status
- If a customer requests a reschedule or a change to store pickup, confirmation is required to hold the order.
- If we do not receive any response or confirmation within 2 business days, the order will be cancelled automatically to avoid product loss and scheduling disruptions.
Fair Pricing & Community Support
We keep our prices competitive and offer free delivery whenever possible. Last-minute rescheduling or cancellations can result in losses, including wasted time, labor, fuel, and product handling. To remain fair to all customers and continue serving our community sustainably, we kindly ask that all customers respect these policies.
