If you’re a returning guest, you may already know this — but for our new customers, please note:

• 🕒 Order Preparation Time: Orders typically take 2–4 days to prepare
• ⚡ Priority Delivery: Available for an additional fee (your order moves ahead in line)

We process orders in the order they are received to stay fair.
👉 For example: If Order #123 was placed yesterday and #124 today, we will complete #123 first — unless a priority order is selected.

📦 Order Updates & Availability
Once our butcher begins working on your order, you’ll receive a tracking notification with updates on item availability.

Since we prepare fresh goat, lamb, beef, and chicken weekly, some items may go out of stock if earlier orders have already reserved them.

📅 Best Time to Order

• ✅ Late Sunday – Tuesday: Best time to order for weekend delivery
• ⚠️ Late Week / Weekend Orders: May experience longer wait times due to high demand
